- Develop a brochure with all of the features and benefits of the property for buyers and cooperating agents.
- Suggest any changes you might want to consider to make the property more marketable to buyers.
- Keep you informed about governmental regulations regarding the property, for your compliance.
- Keep you apprised of financing sources available for purchase or development of the property.
- Where possible, follow-up on buyers who have seen the property for their response.
- Survey the property, and inform you of any irregularities.
- Communicate the progress of marketing your property.
- Submit your property to the The Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas Listing Service, Propertyline Listing Service and various other commercial listing services.
- Mail the brochure potential buyers and to other Real Estate professionals.
- Advertise in newspapers and magazines, on the internet and radio.
- Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts and handle the negotiations for you.
- Handle the follow-up on loans, the escrow and title work, make sure special requirements are completed and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted.
- Work closely with your Attorney, CPA, Architects, Engineers and other professionals.
- Be at any zoning, utility company, or other meetings affecting the closing of the property.
- Represent you at the closing.
