Realty America was established in 1991.  The company has emerged from Las Vegas’ premier boutique real estate company to the national organization it is today under the leadership of founder/owner/CEO, Deirdre Felgar.  In 2006 the corporate strategic plan was revised to encompass the national vision of the company. 

The mission of the company remains focused on the consumer and their transaction while moving to enhance the real estate profession through education.  Realty America continues to offer excellence in customer satisfaction. Our REALTOR® professionals are trained real estate counselors.   Results are our goal; concentrating on solutions, not problems. 

In redirecting the company from boutique to boundless, plans evolved to open branch offices in Las Vegas and to begin the national franchise.  The corporate office, initially located in central Las Vegas, held the nerve system of the organization and operated as a full service real estate office.

Broker Manager/COO/Franchise Director, Jennie Holder, was added to the corporation in 2006 to manage the first branch office, develop the national structure and promote the national program.  The first branch office was opened in February, 2007 in The Lakes area of Las Vegas. It is known as the West office. 

The corporate office merged with the West office the end of 2007 in keeping with the company expansion plans for opening offices in Green Valley and North Las Vegas.
